How will my parcel be delivered ?
Packages are sent after the receipt of payment. The standard transport method is by parcel carrier of the Belgian Post, small items are sent in a padded envelope.

Charges of transport include package, handling and postage costs. They may have a fixed and a variable portion based on the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders and you will have to pay transport costs for each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk. All our packages are sent without markings and discretion assured. Particular care is taken to protect fragile products. Packages are oversized and protected.
What are the delivery terms?

The package is presented by La Poste to your address. Alternatively, you can deliver the package to your work, or to another address. In case of absence, a notice will be left in your letter box. Do not worry, the package is discrete
Be sure to check if the item has not been damaged or opened. In this case, refuse to take it and report the problem to the Post Office. The delivery time takes from 2 to 7 working days and 15 working days or longer for distant destinations.
What should I pay for transport?
For shipping in Belgium or another Benelux country, you will be charged in total €6.95 for sending and packing .
For France, Germany and the UK, the fee is € 8 in total.
To Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Israel, Switzerland, Turkey, USA, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Madeira, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, the expenses are € 17.95.
To other parts of the world, it is € 24.95.
There are no costs from 70 €.

Generally, all items are delivered from stock. It could happen that an item is sold out .If so we will inform you as soon as possible .
How to return an item?
The due date is always later than the reflection period granted , it is to say 14 working days from the day after the day of delivery. If the customer retains items more than 14 working days after they have received the articles as a testing, we consider he wants to keep the items.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal - if it is applicable - the customer must return the items in their original condition and in their original package, within the period provided by law, the cost of return is to the customer. If the product contains more than one piece, for example, a necklace, a bracelet and earrings constituting a set, the complete set has to be returned. At the post office of your choice you can get a form proving that you sent the parcel back. Keep it safely to avoid any misunderstanding in case of loss.
If you want to be repaid, BIJOUORIENTAL will repay the price of the product, excluding transport, handling and packaging, this, as soon as possible and at most within 14 working days after receipt of the returned package. For orders above 75 € (sending is totally taken at our expense), a charge of 10% of the value of the package with a maximum of 25 € will be charged to cover postage, packaging and handling costs.
Jewelry and accessories sold by BIJOUORIENTAL can be returned on the basis of the waiver, on condition not be worn and be in perfect state, items must be in their initial state and in their original package .
If an item has a technical failure during the delivery, you can contact our customer service for its free replacement or be fully repaid, including postage costs.
